Continuously applies new threat intelligence to analyze messages that have already been delivered and then removes potentially latent, malicious messages from inboxes to eliminate potential data breaches.

Integrates with multiple email provider infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Google Workspace to augment their threat protection and DLP functionalities.

Protects against prevalent threats, such as spam, phishing, and ransomware by leveraging a Deep Content Inspection Engine, offering an additional layer of security for content or communications deemed suspicious. 

So when an email enters the system, the solution leverages real-time lookups for URL/IP reputation filtering, greylisting, block lists, spam signatures, etc., and if the threat is confirmed as suspicious, it is flagged and rejected.

Sources and analyzes threat intelligence from user-reported suspicious emails from a wide variety of enterprises, while proactively monitoring for look-alike domains and socially engineered emails. 

This occurs through a process of the user-reported emails through a "REPORT PHISH" button integrated within the existing email provider, such as Outlook. This alerts the security team, which assesses the potential maliciousness and promptly follows up, thereby closing the feedback loop.

Automatically removes sensitive data from messages and documents before they are sent or received; sanitizes metadata, documents, and images; and removes active malicious content. This supports a myriad of data compliance regulations – everything from GDPR to HIPAA and SOX.

Threat feeds continue to be updated with newly reported threats, and AI and machine learning models are leveraged and constantly added to to look for indicators of compromise.
