An interoperability issue has been identified on the Secure Email Gateway 5.x with the latest Red Hat security update to the libopendmarc package.

This update package has been removed from the Clearswift RHEL repositories whilst further investigations are carried out.
Scenario 1
If you believe your Secure Email Gateway has already automatically downloaded a copy of libopendmarc version : 1.4.1 then take the following steps.
Connect to the Gateway using the cockpit interface (see Online Help)
Login to a terminal session as root or elevate permissions to root level
Enter the following command:
yum clean all
This will remove all previously downloaded update packages from the Secure Email Gateway
Scenario 2
If you have already updated your Secure Email Gateway the SMTP Inbound Transport service will have failed.
You can resolve this issue by downgrading the libopendmarc package with the following steps.
Connect to the Gateway using the cockpit interface (see Online Help)
Login to a terminal session as root or elevate permissions to root level
Enter the following commands:
yum downgrade libopendmarc.x86_64 0:1.3.2-1.el7
press enter
cs-servicecontrol restart smtpin
press enter
