Despite best efforts over the past decade, email security is broken. Human defenses cannot protect us from nefarious attacks, and cybercriminals continue to exploit human trust to run sophisticated attacks at scale. This is the reality of our current environment.
Unfortunately, email will continue to be the attack surface of choice until the economic equation is reversed for the crime rings behind these scams. Knowing how cybercriminals exploit email is the first step in protecting your organization, your supply chain, and your customers. But understanding how to stop these attacks is the only way to completely restore trust to the inbox.
This is why Agari exists—to protect digital communications so that humanity prevails over evil. We’re dedicated to helping organizations protect their ecosystems from harm and empowering businesses to innovate without fear. It is the reason why we have created the Trust conference, and why we continue to come together with our customers every single year in an event full of informative sessions, networking opportunities, and exciting social events.
Introducing Trust 2020
Trust 2019 was held in Napa, California and while we had a great time surrounded by the vineyards, we needed a location that could hold a larger crowd as we expand our next-generation email security conference. That’s why I’m pleased to announce that Trust 2020 will be held on the outskirts of Los Angeles at the Terranea Resort overlooking the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. So be sure to join us April 15-17, 2020 for this exciting event.
Trust 2020 will include two full days of sessions focused on how cybercriminals are attacking organizations worldwide and what we can do to stop it. Driving the discussion among our group of security leaders and experts will be how next-generation email security is needed for the rapid shift to the cloud. External speakers and Agari customers will discuss email authentication, identity impersonation, incident response, and much more. And our own executive team will be on-site to talk about our product roadmap so you know what to expect from the Agari products over the course of the next year.
Combined with the sessions will be multiple social events where attendees will have the opportunity to network with their peers and Agari representatives. The senior-level security executives who attend consistently contribute meaningful dialogue about real-world email security issues and their solutions. And with CISOs from the Fortune 1000 in attendance, we are bound to have lively discussions about the next generation of email security and how we can all fight cybercrime—together.
Speak, Nominate, Attend
Registration for Trust 2020 is now open. If the last few years are any indication, spots will fill fast so I encourage you to register as soon as possible. For those who are interested in speaking at the event, our call for speakers is open until October 31, 2019. If you have an interesting Agari use case, have specific information on how cybercriminals have continuously targeted your organization, or would like to be part of a panel, please submit a topic to our team.
And the most exciting part of Trust will be making a comeback with the Agari Trust Awards 2020, designed to recognize customers that have led extraordinary efforts to restore trust in email through innovative approaches to Agari solution implementation. In addition to the five categories we implemented last year, we have added an additional two: Up-and-Coming CISO and the CISO Courage Award. Nominate your company for our best implementation categories or your favorite security leader for any of our CISO categories. Nominations will stay open until January 31, 2020.
Trust is a matter of vision, of strategy, and of enterprise-wide commitment. It is about the economics that work in your favor—and not in the favor of your adversaries. This is the Trust Equation, and it is at the heart of Trust 2020. We look forward to seeing you in Los Angeles.
